Roll out the paper, place the houses where you want them, then run the lighting to each. Of course, P. steps in again to ensure that the 50 or 60 year-old wiring still works!The street lights and most of the house lights are from the original train set that Pai (that's Portuguese for Dad) bought! Even the original light bulbs!
Then tape all those wires down flat in preparation for the next step - the REALLY fun one - earthworks!
Truly amazing! Having seen this in previous years, I can attest to the fact that this Presépio is not only incredibly detailed with intricacies beyond the imagination of those not obsessive compulsive, but also a true labor of love and devotion.
